Warren is an investment broker and asset manager authorized and regulated by the CVM. It is the first brokerage house in Brazil to operate in an aligned and transparent manner with clients and offers a complete platform with the best investment experience.
It completed three years of existence in 2020 with more than 130 thousand clients, an office in five cities and a team of more than 230 people. All of them willing to make Warren happen and transform the way the Brazilian invests.
How did it come about?
The investment world was surrounded by square and distant solutions. So, in 2014, Tito Gusmão (at the time living in New York) had the idea of creating a platform that would lead people on a journey guided by an “automated mentor”. Like a friend who understands everything about investments, helping you step by step.
To put the project into practice, Tito was joined by two other partners: André Gusmão, and Rodrigo Grundig, all of whom, like him, were former members of XP Investimentos. After a few months, with the platform taking shape, the partners presented the prototype at one of the largest entrepreneurship fairs in the United States. As a result, Warren was among the 10 most promising startups at the event.
In 2016, the Warren team landed in Brazil. And to complete the founding team, the fourth member arrived, Marcelo Maisonnave, co-founder of the largest brokerage firm in Brazil and knowledgeable as few of all the gears of the Brazilian financial market.
