Placi extensive care is a unique concept in Brazil, aimed at the treatment and rehabilitation of post-acute hospitalized patients, or in home care.
Loss of autonomy is the common factor in these patients, due to acute, chronic or chronic-aggravated diseases. Another group of patients, the focus of attention of Placi, are those in the final stages of life, in which the concepts of palliative care apply.
We offer the right care at the right time, with a focus on the patient's quality of life and symptom control, seeking the maximum possible recovery, with full support to the patient and family.
We are a specialized interdisciplinary team, with technical excellence in care. We provide a comfortable and welcoming environment to receive the patient and his family, an essential part of the recovery process.
