Aequales is a company that provides tools for closing gender gaps in Latin America in the workplace, based on measurement, consulting and technology. It was born in 2014 in Peru and Colombia and begins its expansion in Latin America. In 2019 more than 700 companies in 16 countries in the region were measured under the PAR ranking gender equality standards, an annual, free and confidential measurement tool for the gender equality conditions of organizations in Latin America. Aequales provides personalized consulting services that include diagnoses, training and strategies to establish organizational processes and policies that foster a corporate culture of gender equality.
